Guanyinxia Hydropower Station is a runoff diversion power station with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It is one of the steps development projects of Xiaoshui River Basin in the Cascade Development Planning of Yishui River Water Energy in Taibai County. It was completed in July 2009 and mainly undertakes the task of power supply for Taibai County. The dam body belongs to the concrete gravity dam, the fortification standard is once in a hundred years, the reservoir capacity is 7.03 million m3, the flood limit water level is 1225m.
